Kangai is a seasoned ICT, Telecoms, Media, Fintech, and Digital practitioner with over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors and markets. He is an astute entrepreneurial business professional with a solid technology and innovation background having worked in telecoms in senior positions. Kangai has a wealth of experience in business leadership including practicing at board levels and he currently sits on various boards including being the Chairman of the Institute of Directors. He recently occupied the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for 9 years, and has left to start his own Business Strategy & Digital Consulting business, The Digital Front where he occupies the role of Chief Transformation Officer.
He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Leadership degree with Midlands State University (MSU) and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Africa University (AU) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Management from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ). Kangai has a passion for strategy, digital transformation, innovation, ethical leadership, and good governance.
